This membership includes access to the entire network of Financial Associates of both the Energy Exchange and GoldMiningExchange.Net, and the potential investor will receive an overview explanation of the available projects by the Associate most familiar with the project. This overview will include the many investment options available to potential investors and, within the ability of each Financial Associate’s ability, a discussion of the written geological analysis. The Financial Associate is not acting in the capacity of a broker — he will simply give potential investors his personal opinion regarding each of the projects listed. After the investor makes his selection, he will make his purchase directly from the company/operator offering the project — not from or through the Energy Exchange. The investor never makes an investment in or through the Energy Exchange, since this option is not available. The investor enters into purchase agreements with each of the various operators introduced by the Energy Exchange based on his own analysis of the merits of each project. The Financial Associate is paid a Consulting Fee by the operator for screening potential investors and explaining the project to them to the best of his ability. The Associate is compensated directly from the company that offering that particular project. This fee is typically the same amount as the company would pay their internal people for providing the same function. The cost of this membership is $295 per year. In addition to all the benefits of Basic Membership with the Energy Exchange, clients holding a Premium Membership will receive eight hours per month of exclusive technical consulting with the Technical Associate of their choice. The selected Technical Associate may be either a Petroleum Engineer, Geologist, Geophysicist, Attorney, or MBA, or in many cases some combination of these disciplines.
